California Homes Direct was founded in 2001. The dealership and property have been under the same ownership since 1974. The current owners have worked together in the manufactured housing industry since 1974. They have 70 years of combined experience in the industry. We currently have 3 sales consultants, a service coordinator and an executive administrator. We are an independant dealer. We currently have on display homes from Golden West, Palm Harbor and Schult. The display homes are fully furnished and decorated with custom painting, lighting and other amenities. California Homes Direct is licensed with the State of California as a Manufactured Housing Dealer and C47 Contractor.
